Subscription Billing
Aliksa subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly as shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe or the payment provider displayed at checkout.
You can cancel an auto-renewing subscription from your account billing area or by contacting support. After cancellation, paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period unless applicable law requires a different result.
Refunds
Subscription fees already paid for a billing period are generally non-refundable. We review refund requests involving duplicate charges, technical errors, accidental renewals reported promptly, or legal requirements that apply to your location.
If a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment method, wallet provider, card issuer, or bank.
Cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay
Checkout may show card or wallet methods available for your region. If Alipay, WeChat Pay, or another wallet is available, that payment is processed by the provider shown at checkout; Aliksa does not collect your card or wallet credentials.
