Our platform provides AI-powered product sourcing tools, including but not limited to: product search across international marketplaces, supplier communication, trade document generation, contract analysis, and shipment tracking. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing is listed on our pricing page.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You are solely responsible for verifying and validating any information before relying on it for business decisions, contracts, or regulatory compliance. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
